Welcome to Betway, a world-class provider of online sports betting.

Note: To help you navigate these terms we've added some notes in plain English. These are not legally binding, but everything else on this page is.

1. About Betway, these Terms and Conditions and their acceptance


1.1 About Betway

Betway is a brand managed by Betway Limited (C39710), a Maltese company whose registered address is: 9 Empire Stadium Street, Gzira, GZR 1300, Malta, ("Betway", or "Us / We / Our").

1.2 About these Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to customers ("Customer/s" or "You") who use the Betway Sports Book App for Germany (“the App”) and/or the German Sports Book Website <betway.de> (“the Website”) and/or sports betting products offered there, or register an account there (collectively referred to as "Our Services").

To use Our Services, You must create an account and deposit. You may create an account by registering on the Website or the App. When doing so, you are entering into an agreement with Betway according to these Terms and Conditions.

In addition to this document, Our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") include the following documents:

1.3 Acceptance of these Terms

By selecting the "I am of legal age to gamble and I accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy."-box when You create an account with Betway, You are agreeing that You have read and understood these Terms and You acknowledge that You shall be bound by these Terms.

By accepting these Terms and acknowledging that You shall be bound by them, You are fully aware that there is a risk of losing money when gambling and You are responsible for any such loss. You agree that Your use of Our Services is at Your sole option, discretion and risk. In relation to Your losses You shall have no claims whatsoever against Betway or any supplier, agent, assistant, or respective directors, officers or staff members.

If You have any questions about these Terms You should contact Customer Support before proceeding. If You do not agree to any of these Terms, You should not use Our Services.

Note: If you bet with Betway, these Terms and associated documents apply to you. Please ask us if you don't understand anything.

1.4 Your Funds

All customer funds are held by Betway in a segregated Customers' Funds bank account, which is free of claims of third parties and exempt from execution as well as separate from the company funds.

Note: Betway is a company based in Malta. We protect any money you deposit in your account, and keep it separate from the money we use to run our business.

Please note that Your personal betting account is not a payment account within the meaning of the Payment Services Directive II (EU) 2015/2366, (implemented in Germany by the Payment Services Supervision Act, Zahlungsdiensteaufsichtsgesetzes (“ZAG”)), but rather a virtual internal, mercantilistic settlement account which shows debits and credits (money inflows and outflows). The purpose of this is to make Your transactions transparent and traceable as well as to document them in an examinable way.

2. Jurisdiction

2.1 Licence and Regulatory Authority

Betway is licensed to provide sports betting services and products to You by the Regional Council of Darmstadt in the German State of Hessen for all over Germany as of 01.03.2021 (RPDA-Dez. III. 34-73c 38.01/8-2019/3).

2.2 Restrictions

You may only use Our Services, if Your jurisdiction is Germany.

Any accounts created or used in jurisdictions other than Germany will be closed and all wagers placed from jurisdictions other than Germany will be voided.

Note: We only offer our services to customers where it is legal to gamble.

3 Creating an Account

3.1 Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age, which is the legal age for gambling in Germany, to use Our Services. Underage gambling is prohibited.

We are required to verify the age and identity of all of Our customers to comply with the requirements of Our licence, in addition to Our responsibility to prevent underage gambling and to prevent crime.

At registration, You are required to enter Your personal details, such as first name, last name, maiden name, residential address, date of birth, place of birth and nationality. Your data must be entered exactly as it appears on Your official identification document in order to ensure a swift verification and an accurate comparison with the national player blocking system. All Your data is used and protected as described in Our Privacy Policy.

We will do Our best to electronically verify Your details based on the information You submit by means of the SCHUFA-identity check Premium (Qbit). Additionally, You have to enter a PIN, which We will send to Your mobile phone number which You have provided during registration. Additionally, Betway reserves the right to ask You to upload a copy of a current invoice for this mobile phone number, which has been issued on Your name and address. In any case, we might ask You to upload a copy of either Your passport or Your ID-card.   

If either the SCHUFA-identity check premium or the SMS/PIN-procedure or both cannot be completed, then We may open a preliminary player account for 72 hours, after You have uploaded the copy of Your ID-card or passport. During the 72 hour-period for Your preliminary player account You need to undertake a full and final identity verification. Only if the full and final identity verification is successfully undertaken within the 72 hour-period, the player account may be altered into a fully verified permanent account. 

We offer the verification-method IDnow by IDnow GmbH as a secondary verification-method during the 72 hour-period of the preliminary player account. With this verification-method, You need to take a photo of yourself (“selfie”). IDnow compares the biometric data of this selfie to the biometric data of the national ID photo. If Your details cannot be verified based on the documents provided within 72 hours upon registration, and We cannot complete verification, We will terminate Your account. Game participations undertaken with the unverified account may be annulled and voided, stakes refunded and all winnings seized. Any remaining credits in Your betting account may only be paid-out in coordination with the competent FIU and/or prosecution, if the latter does not contradict, until the Betway verification process is complete.

If, on completion of Betway’s verification checks, You are shown to be underage, Betway will:

1. Return all unused deposits to You;
2. All transactions made whilst You were underage will be annulled and voided, stakes already wagered be refunded into your Member Account and all winnings already paid-out to your Member Account be seized from there; and
3. All credits contained in your Member Account after the annulling and voiding of your game participations will be returned to your payment account by the payment method used for the depositing of such funds, wherever practicable; and
4. Your Member Account will be closed

To ensure the information we hold on You is always up to date, We will, from time to time, re-perform Our verification checks. Your account may be restricted during the course of the re-verification checks.

Note: We're committed to providing a safe place for adults to gamble. To do this we verify the identity of our customers. In most cases, this can be done automatically, but sometimes we might have to ask you for more info.

3.2 Eligible Customers

Employees of Betway, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in Our betting offers.

4. Your Account

4.1 Single Account

You may only register and operate one single account. If You hold more than one account, We reserve the right to suspend additional accounts until all the account details and balances (belonging to You) are consolidated. Once completed, all other accounts will be terminated leaving a single account. Betway also reserves the right to refund the stakes wagered and to withhold any winnings gained with bets undertaken with duplicate or multiple accounts upon the discovery of such betting accounts being opened or used by You, at its sole discretion. Betway retains the right to take further action against You as deemed necessary, especially to report to the competent FIU and/or to file a criminal charge at the competent prosecution, if there is a suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing.

4.2 Private use only

You may only use your betting account at Betway for your sole private entertainment purposes and exclusively on your own account. Any use for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited! You register, deposit and bet on Your own behalf, using Your own betting account and not on the behalf and/or using the account of any other person.

4.3 Accuracy

You are required to keep Your personal details up to date at all times. If You change Your address, e-mail, phone number, form of payment or any other contact or personal information, please contact Customer Service in order to update Your account information.

Updating or adding additional payment details for the purpose of a withdrawal may only be done by contacting Customer Service.

4.4 Password

The account registration process requires You to choose a password. We encourage all customers to set strong passwords, using a mixture of lowercase and uppercase letters, at least one number and one special character, and have a minimum of 8 characters in length. It is Your responsibility to keep Your password secret. You must not share Your password with anyone, and Betway will never ask You to reveal Your password. Any actions carried out through Your account will stand if Your username and password have been entered correctly.

4.5 Verification of Bank Details

If You use a credit/debit card and/or a financial/bank account for transactions at Betway, the account/cardholder's name must be the same as the name You used when registering a Betway account. We do not accept anonymous payment methods. If You share a joint financial/bank account with other persons, please save the payment method only in Your own name when You enter it for the first time for transactions at Betway.

Should the name You registered on the Betway account and the name that appears on Your credit/debit card and/or financial/bank account differ in any way, we reserve the right to suspend Your account, to refund the transactions made and to withhold any associated winnings. Should Your account be suspended, We recommend You contact Customer Service for details regarding Our verification process.

Note: Betway accounts are for personal use, so we require that your account and form of payment be in your real name and only used by you for Your sole, private purposes.

4.6 Inactive / Dormant Accounts

Betway will consider an account to be inactive after a period of 12 months after the last account login.

An administration fee of 5€ will be deducted from an inactive account on a monthly basis until such a time as the account is no longer in credit, or has become active once again. The first fee will be charged at the end of the 12th month after the last account login was recorded. You will be contacted prior to this happening. If there are no funds left on your account, We herewith reserve the right to close Your account after 24 months of inactivity.

Note: If you don't log in for over a year, your account will be charged a monthly fee. Don't worry, we'll send you a few reminders before that happens.
If there are no funds left on your account, We may close it, however, at the earliest after 24 months of inactivity.

5. Payment Details / Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawing your funds

You may withdraw Your cash balance at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal requirements outlined in section 5.4 and the verification requirements in section 5.2. However, You will need to meet wagering requirements before withdrawing any bonuses or winnings associated with it. See section 6.2 for more information on wagering requirements.

Our aim is to process and pay your withdrawal as quickly as possible. In doing so, we will take into account any pre withdrawal restrictions that may apply and will also adhere to the requirements of the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering.

Where relevant, and as far as possible, your withdrawal will be paid back via the means with which you have deposited. In the event that we cannot process your withdrawal in this manner, you will be paid via the payment method of your choice. Withdrawals may reflect as a single payment or in increments, depending on the payment option and withdrawal rules/requirements.

Please note: we may need to take additional security measures to ensure that you are the rightful recipient of the funds. In these instances, copies of identification documents may be required before payment can be made. These measures are in place to prevent fraud and protect your money and may result in a slight delay. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

5.2 Identification Checks

Betway must successfully verify Your identity as described in Section 3. If You have not been fully verified, You will not be able to withdraw.

In any case, We will seek to electronically verify Your identity upon registration. If unsuccessful, We will seek to fully verify Your identity within a period of 72 hours. Within this 72 hour-period You may be restricted to a 100€ deposit limit but You will not be permitted to withdraw until fully verified.

5.3 Credit Checks

Betway reserves the right to run credit checks on all cardholders with third party credit agencies on the basis of the information provided on registration.

5.4 Minimum Withdrawals

Betway incurs fees when payments are processed. To cover our fees, we apply a minimum withdrawal amount of 10€. All withdrawals (wherever possible) will be processed back to the same payment method used to make a deposit on the account (“closed-loop-rule”).

Payment charges may be incurred as stated on the Website and the App. Please contact Customer Support if You have any questions about Your withdrawal or associated fees.

Note: The minimum withdrawal is 10€. You can check your balance, and the status of any bonuses, in the My Account section when you are logged in.

5.4 Inter-Account Transfers

The transfer of funds between individual accounts is strictly prohibited.

5.5 Credit

Participation on credit is prohibited at Betway.

5.6 Financial Institution

5.6.1 Interest

Betway is not a financial institution and, thus, any deposits made into Your account are not due any interest payments on the deposit(s) whatsoever.

5.6.2 No legal or tax advice

Betway does not provide advice regarding tax and/or legal matters. Customers who wish to obtain advice regarding tax and legal matters are advised to contact appropriate advisors.

You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on any prizes and/or winnings that You collect from Betway.

All bets placed by Customers who are resident in Germany will, due to the additional tax burden incurred by sports betting taxes, be subject to a 5% odds adjustment. The amount will be deducted at settlement and will only be applied to winning bets. For more information click here.

6. Bonuses

6.1 Separate Terms and Conditions

We may, from time to time, offer bonuses, promotions and/or competitions which are governed by separate terms and conditions. Any bonuses or special gifts credited to Your account must be used in adherence with such terms and conditions.

In the event and to the extent of a conflict between these Terms and the promotion- or competition- specific terms and conditions, the promotion- or competition- specific terms and conditions shall prevail.

6.2 Withdrawals of Promotional Offers

If You accept a Promotion Offer that includes a wagering requirement, You will have to meet the wagering requirement of the offer before withdrawing your bonus balance.

You can withdraw your deposited cash at any time. Please note You will forfeit your bonus balance, should You wish to withdraw Your cash balance before the Promotional Offer terms are met. Please carefully review the terms and conditions of any Promotional Offers You accept.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits on Free Promotional Offers

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the applicable terms of a promotion, if you are granted a bonus without having to deposit, Betway may limit the amount that you can withdraw in relation to that bonus (being both the bonus and the winnings associated with it) to 50€. This limit applies to all Free Bonuses, and Free Bets granted without requiring a deposit.

6.4 Free Bets

Customers will obtain the full value of any free sports bets which have been credited and placed, except where an account is closed due to violation of section 7.1.

6.5 Right to Rescind

Betway reserves the right to withdraw any Promotional Offer at any time, subject to the Promotional Offer having a specific eligibility period.

6.6 Eligibility

All Betway offers are intended for recreational customers and Betway may, in Our sole discretion, limit the eligibility of customers to participate in any given promotion. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer.

In addition to the specific requirements of any Promotional Offer, all offers are limited to one person, family household address, e-mail address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, etc.) and shared computer, e.g. public library or workplace.

Note: We offer lots of great promotions and competitions for our customers. Make sure you read the promo terms and check that the contact details you provided to us are accurate so you don't miss out on any rewards. If you don't understand anything, please ask before betting.

7. Acceptable Use

7.1 Acceptable use of Our Services

You may use Our Services for lawful purposes only. You will cooperate fully with any Betway investigation into activity as detailed below.

You may not use Our Services:

1. for any illegal activity or transaction (for example money laundering, funding of terrorism, identity theft, or payment fraud) under the applicable laws of Germany;
2. to unlawfully obtain winnings;
3. if You provide incorrect or misleading information regarding Your identity, age or location, or refuse to provide information requested by Betway;
4. if You use more than one active account at Betway;
5. if the identity of the person who has registered a Betway account does not match the identity of the financial/bank account and/or the credit/debit card(s) linked to that account, as described in section 4.5;
6. if You have allowed (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to use Your Betway account;
7. if You have placed bets or wagers in a coordinated manner with other Customer(s) involving the same (or materially the same) selections to minimise losses. Betway is for sole use on an individual basis and for personal entertainment only;
8. if Betway has received a "chargeback" and/or "return" notifications via Your bank or a deposit mechanism used on Your account;
9. if You collude, cheat, or engage in any activity which is a threat to the integrity of sports;
10. if You undertake any kind of fraudulent activity, such as identity theft;
11. if it is reasonably determined by Betway that You have employed or made use of a system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems such as bots etc) designed specifically to defeat the gambling systems;

Note: We are committed to offering our customers a fair, safe place to gamble. We don't tolerate illegal activity or cheating.

7.2 Account Suspension and Termination

7.2.1 Investigation and Suspension

In the case that We suspect a customer has violated these Terms, or engaged in any activity described in 7.1 Betway reserves the right to suspend Your account without notification, and Your account will remain suspended until the matter has been fully investigated. You agree to cooperate fully with any Betway investigation into such activity.

7.2.2 Termination

Should Our investigation result in reasonable knowledge that You have violated these Terms, or engaged in any activity described in 7.1, We reserve the right to restrict or close Your account. In these instances, We will withhold the balance on Your account (including any deposits), up to the amount necessary to settle any damages, any loss or fees incurred by Betway in this respect. Cases of Underage Gambling will be dealt with as described in section 3.1.

If you have engaged in illegal activity, Betway is under no obligation to refund to You any money that may be in Your account. In addition, Betway shall inform the relevant authorities and relevant regulatory bodies, of Your identity and of any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity. You will not be allowed to open any future accounts with Us.

7.2.3 Suspension by Us for player protection

Betway conducts regular checks with the aim of ensuring Our Customers are gambling at a level that is safe and sustainable and unlikely to lead to harm.

Where We, acting in good faith, have reason to believe that gambling may not be safe for You, We may, where We consider it appropriate, suspend Your account with immediate effect and submit a blocking request to OASIS, the national player blocking system in Germany. Upon suspension of Your account, any remaining funds will be returned to You. For more information, please view Our Responsible Gambling Policy.

While Betway endeavours to honour all bets placed by Customers, if Your account should be suspended for player protection reasons, Betway may void any bets placed after a decision is taken.

7.2.4 Closure by Us for convenience

In addition to Our other rights of closure above, We may close Your account at any time and for any reason by giving You no less than fourteen (14) day’s written notice (by email to the address on Your account). You should withdraw the balance of Your account as soon as possible after we give you notice.

Your account may be limited or suspended during the notice period.

7.3 Account restrictions

7.3.1 Promotional restrictions

We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer as described in Section 6.4.

In addition, if You violate these Terms, the General Bonus Account Terms or the Terms of a Promotional Offer, We reserve the right to void Your bonus and any winnings associated with that bonus.

If You violate any of the terms referenced above, You may also be deemed ineligible for future promotions.

7.3.2 Other restrictions

Betway actively manages financial liabilities and risk on events and markets. Liability and exposure controls can be applied across betting markets and/or across individual accounts to manage those liabilities. Betway monitors accounts as described in the Privacy Policy. Should Your activity stand out from what Betway considers to be usual and expected behaviour, or fits into certain known patterns that denotes potential exposure and liability concerns, We may exclude You from certain promotions or from placing certain bets – in the latter case only until we have fully investigated the matter and ruled out potential exposure and liability. Examples of unusual betting behaviour can be, though is not limited to:

  • larger than expected bets appearing on a very specific outcome, for example a correct set score in an ITF Tennis match;
  • a bet being placed by a customer who may be privy to information regarding the potential outcome of an event;
  • a customer changing their established betting pattern;
  • an alert from a sport's governing body or monitoring agency; and
  • a large number of bets placed in a short time period on one specific outcome.
  • Safety bets: bets on all possible outcomes of a match.

8. Privacy Policy

Betway is committed to protecting and respecting Your privacy and complies with all applicable data protection and privacy laws. For more information on how and why We process Your data, please review Our Privacy Policy.

9. Responsible Gambling

9.1 Our Policy

Betway is committed to offering its Customers a fun and friendly online gambling experience, whilst also recognising that gambling can cause problems for a minority of individuals. For this reason, We actively promote responsible gambling and encourage Customers to make use of a variety of responsible gambling tools and features so as to better manage their account. Please refer to Our Responsible Gambling Policy for full details.

9.2 National player blocking system

To meet Our legal obligations, Betway is required to carry out checks with the national player blocking system OASIS GlüStV, implemented by The State of Hessen, represented by the Darmstadt Regional Council to safeguard Customers, and promote responsible gambling. The checks allow Us to determine if a Customer is listed on the player blocking file and take place when Customers register for Our services, log into their account, and prior to Us sending marketing communications. For this purpose, Betway will compare Your first name, last name, and date of birth, against the OASIS player blocking file. Customers who are blocked will not be able to use Our services.

By agreeing to receive marketing communications from Us, You authorise Betway to carry out additional checks against the OASIS player blocking file before the marketing communication is sent to You.

9.3 Deposit limit

Upon registration, You are required to set an individual monthly deposit limit. The monthly deposit limit may in general not exceed 1.000€. In individual cases, You may set a monthly deposit limit of up to 30,000€ for Your Betway account. 

If you choose a monthly deposit limit above 1,000€, We are legally obligated to obtain adequate proof of Your financial capacity. For this purpose, We will carry out a SCHUFA credit check on You and/or request suitable documentation (e.g., bank statements or proof of income). Betway reserves the right to share Your personal data, including Your first name, last name, date of birth and address with the SCHUFA Holding AG in order to carry out the affordability check on You. Until the affordability review is completed, Your monthly deposit limit will be set to 1,000€. Betway will notify You upon completion to confirm Your new monthly deposit limit.

Note: Betway is required by law to notify to the Darmstadt Regional Council those Customers whose monitoring indicates a gambling addiction risk or gambling addiction if they have been granted a monthly deposit limit over 10,000€. If Your monthly deposit limit exceeds 10,000€, You consent to Betway sharing Your personal information and the results of internal monitoring with the Darmstadt Regional Council. You must be at least 21 years old to be eligible for a deposit limit increase over 10,000€.

A deposit limit increase will take effect after a 7-day cooling-off period, whilst a deposit limit decrease will take effect immediately.

To ensure the information we hold on You is always up to date, We will re-run SCHUFA credit checks or re-request Your proof of economic capacity on an annual basis.

10. Support and Complaints

10.1 Support

10.2 Customer Complaints

We will always do Our best to resolve any issues You have with Our service. Unfortunately, this is not always possible via the standard Customer Support process. If You are unhappy with any aspect of Our service, and having attempted to address Your concerns via the Customer Support channel first, You can raise a formal complaint. Customer complaints/claims of any nature must be submitted within 6 months of the issue occurring.

To ensure Your complaint is dealt with promptly, please include the following information:

  1. Your username/account number
  2. Your registered First Name and Surname
  3. A detailed explanation of the complaint/claim
  4. Specific dates and times associated with the complaint/claim (if applicable)

Upon receipt, best efforts will be made to resolve any reported matter promptly and, at a maximum, 10 days from the date on which the complaint is received. In certain cases and based on valid reasons, we may need to extend this to a further 10 days, in which case we will be informing you accordingly. If for some reason You are not satisfied with the resolution of Your complaint, You may refer the matter to one of Our ADR entities.

Should You ever suspect that a Customer is colluding with another Customer or cheating in any way, please notify Betway via the means of communication listed in the above Customer Complaints section.

Note: We take customer satisfaction extremely seriously, so we have an independent team who will investigate any issues you feel have not been resolved to your satisfaction.

10.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

If after completing the complaints process We have not been able to reach an agreement, You may refer the matter to eCOGRA, our ADR entity or, alternatively, You can refer the matter via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform, who will then forward it on to the relevant ADR entity.

An ADR entity will act as an impartial adjudicator on disputes that arise between Betway and a customer only when:

  1. the Customer has been through Betway's own internal customer complaint procedure; and
  2. a deadlock regarding the resolution exists.

ADRs are free of charge and the ruling reached by the ADR entity will be considered final by both Betway and the Customer, subject to full representation being given to all parties involved.

Note: If we can't come to an agreed resolution to your formal complaint, it can be reviewed by an independent third party dispute resolution service free of charge.

11. Interruptions in Play

11.1 No warranties

Subject to Your statutory rights as referred to in clause 13.2 below, the Service and the Software are provided on an "as is" basis and We do not promise that the Services or Software will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition at all times. Access to the Services and/or Software may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons reasonably beyond Our control.

11.2 Malfunctions

We shall not be liable for computer malfunctions, failure of telecommunications services or Internet connections nor attempts by You to Participate in Services by methods, means or ways not intended by Us.

In the event of a malfunction in a Service or any of the related systems, or due to any other error, all wagers placed during such period are void and will be refunded. Funds obtained from a malfunctioning Service shall be void, as well as any subsequent Services with said funds, regardless of what Services are played using such funds. If You are, as a result of such malfunction or error, credited with funds resulting in any overpayment or over-crediting to Your account, it is Your responsibility to promptly inform Betway. Betway reserves the right, upon becoming aware of any erroneous crediting, or payment of funds, to adjust Your account to recover any such funds. If you have already re-wagered such payed out funds as stakes prior to Betway becoming aware of this mistake, then such game participations will be annulled and voided, such stakes be refunded to Your Member Account and any winnings be seized again, unless there are sufficient funds in Your Member Account so that the funds erroneously credited to Your Member Account may be deducted again from Your Member Account without the latter having a negative balance afterwards.

In the event of a system malfunction, all unconfirmed bets are void. We are not liable to You for any loss that You may incur as a result of such suspension or delay, unless the system malfunction has been deliberately, wilfully or gross negligently caused by Us or one of Our representatives, employees staff members or agents.

Note: We work hard to bring you lots of top quality services. If anything breaks, we will fix it as quickly as possible, and will do our best to make sure you are not negatively affected. 11.3 Final Decision

In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on Your software and the Betway server software, the result showing on the Betway server software shall be the official and governing result.

Live television and other broadcasts which are provided to You as part of any Betway offering may be delayed, which will lead to others processing more up-to-date information in relation to such broadcasts.

11.5 Reported Faults

Although We shall take all reasonable measures to ensure that the Services are not faulty, We cannot guarantee that the Service will never be faulty, but We will investigate and, where possible, correct reported faults as soon as We reasonably can. 13. Liability

Betway also shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with:

  • delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data
  • communication or lines failure
  • any person's misuse of the Software, its content
  • or any errors or omissions in the Website's content unless caused by culpable behaviour of Betway but only in cases where the prevention of the aforementioned circumstances is considered a cardinal obligation of Betway.

To be clear, the foregoing restrictions of liability do not apply to losses and/or damages caused due to:
