Upon receipt of your request, we will review and mark it as 'accepted', once your account has been verified. We need to be satisfied that we are dealing with the authorised data subject requestor and might ask for additional information to verify your identity. Please note that this is for your safety. Once your request has been marked as ‘accepted’ we will proceed to process the request and you shall receive your information without undue delay and in any event within one calendar month. If we require additional time to fulfil your request, we will make sure to inform you.

Request For Deletion

You have the right to request that Betway erases your personal data. This means that your data will cease being processed and you will no longer have an active gaming account with us.

Please be aware that ‘the right to erasure’ is not an absolute right. This means that we can only delete your data in line with requirements in your jurisdiction, such as those imposed by gambling laws, tax laws, and Anti-Money Laundering laws. Your personal data will be deleted accordingly.

If the query relates to your account please specify your account username, e-mail address the account is registered under plus date of birth in order to enable us to verify your account. We reserve the right to request further information, to be satisfied that we are dealing with the data subject.
